Coed Ages 8-12 (For Beginner-Intermediate, Intermediate & Intermediate-Advanced)

R.E.S.P.O.N.S.E performance training is a unique way to train young athletes using the combination of athletic and skill supersets to challenge the body. The focus for each player will be geared toward Resistance, Endurance, Strength, Power, Optics, Nutrition, Speed and Efficiency. Each player will learn how to connect the dots from athletic training to skills training to become more effective on the court.
